Privacy at RefillMatch

Last updated August 16, 2026. RefillMatch is designed to work without an account and without collecting the contents of your model search.

Optional analytics

If Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you select “Accept analytics.” We may record events such as whether a supported model was found, which model was selected, a purchase-year category, an outbound product click, and whether a match was helpful. We do not intentionally send free-form search text, names, email addresses, or payment information in analytics events.

Your preference

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under refillmatch-analytics-consent. Declining prevents the analytics script from loading. You can clear the site’s local storage in your browser to reset the choice.

Affiliate destinations

When you choose an external shopping link, the destination service may receive your IP address, browser information, referral information, and its own tracking parameters under its privacy policy. RefillMatch does not receive your payment details.

Hosting logs

Our hosting provider may process basic request and security logs needed to deliver and protect the site. Retention and handling are governed by the hosting configuration and provider terms.
